Job Summary:
From our location in Ho Chi Minh City, we provide financial advisory services for investors aiming to invest in the Stock Market of Vietnam and across Southeast Asia. We are in the process of developing the first Stockbroker Courses online with certification in Vietnam. The Administrative Assistant will assist and work with the Development team, and arrange meetings with stakeholders as well as with Security firms, Universities, Lectures, Instructors, and students as required. The project Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Lecturers, Instructors, and students with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing, and general coordination.

Job Description:
- Represent Mtradego in meetings with securities agents and government officials.
- Arrange and Interpret meetings with the Project Manager and translate for related documents.
- Remind Supervisors in weekly and monthly reporting activities.
- Interact with Lecturers, Instructors and Students
- Receive and categorize files and documents.
- Arrange and organize the meeting schedules with stakeholders (government, partners, sponsors)
- Other tasks as directed and assigned by the CEO.
Requirements and skills:
- Basic skills working with Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word.
- Excellent Communication skills required – both written and verbal.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Insight into the working environment and understanding cultural diversity.

Roadmap of development:
