Job Description:

  • Represent Mtradego in meetings with securities agents and government officials.
  • Arrange and Interpret meetings with the Project Manager and translate for related documents.
  • Remind Supervisors in weekly and monthly reporting activities.
  • Interact with Lecturers, Instructors and Students
  • Receive and categorize files and documents.
  • Arrange and organize the meeting schedules with stakeholders (government, partners, sponsors)
  • Other tasks as directed and assigned by the CEO.

Requirements and skills:

  • Basic skills working with Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word.
  • Excellent Communication skills required – both written and verbal.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Insight into the working environment and understanding cultural diversity.
  • Project implementation and management.
  • Professional Dress Code.

Roadmap of development:

  • Prepare for a corporate finance career.
  • Understanding the structure of capital markets.
  • Coordinate Government departments: The State Securities Commission (SSC), the Department of Planning and Investment (MPI), etc.
  • organize office documentation, proposals, contracts, meeting minutes, etc.
